Terms of Service & Venue Rules

1. Platform Classification

NJoy Mahjong operates strictly as an entertainment software and IoT hardware utility designed to automate table power timing and tournament point recording at licensed hospitality venues. NJoy does not facilitate, support, or process any monetary wagering, betting, or gambling.

2. Universal Table Tariffs & Overtime Metering

• Standard Walk-In Rate: 80.000 nominal units per 60-minute session.
• Open-Timer Overtime: Once a match passes 60 minutes, time accrues automatically at 1.333 units per minute.
• Promo F&B Hour: If the table is unlocked under venue F&B promotion, the customer pays 0 table rent, and the partner venue settles the 50.000 wholesale fee with NJoy.

3. Cashier Override Authority & Dispute Handling

In the event of phone battery failure, player abandonment, or score entry disputes that prevent consensus closing within 5 minutes of session completion, the on-duty venue cashier possesses authority to trigger a manual override to stop the session, turn off table power, and prepare the table for incoming guests.

4. Pro Player Lifetime Pass

The Pro Player upgrade voucher (25.000 units) grants permanent, non-refundable room creation and tournament hosting privileges. Vouchers are single-use and become permanently bound to the claiming player's unique account ID.

5. Loss-Weight Split-Bill Agreement

By entering a room PIN, all 4 seated participants agree to adhere to the algorithmic loss-weight distribution calculated at the conclusion of the match: the player with the highest score pays 0, and remaining players divide the table rent proportionally to their score deficit.
