NJoy Mahjong ("NJoy", "we", or "our") operates a smart table-metering and match scorekeeping platform for automatic mahjong tables at partner food and beverage lounges. This policy outlines how user information, match scores, and session timestamps are collected, stored, and protected.
2. Data We Collect
- Player Profiles: Display nickname, email address, optional profile avatar, and account ID provided via Google Sign-In or email credentials.
- Table Sessions & Time: Session timestamps (start time, end time, metered minutes) recorded by smart table controllers.
- Match Score Histories: Round-by-round points won, discarded tile names, seat winds, and loss-weight bill split computations.
- Cashier Records: Cash top-up logs, Pro pass voucher activations, and venue shift settlement summaries.
3. Venue Data Isolation & Security
Venue data is partitioned via role-based access controls. Venue staff and cashiers are isolated to their specific outlet and cannot inspect operational records or shift settlement figures belonging to other partner locations.
4. Zero Third-Party Tracker Policy
NJoy does not sell user data to advertising networks. We do not embed third-party surveillance scripts or cross-site tracking pixels on our gaming portals or mobile web applications.
5. Data Deletion Requests
